PRIVACY POLICY


1. Hexeline Limited Liability Limited Partnership with its registered office in Łódź at ul. Puszkina 62/64, KRS: 0000533223, (hereinafter referred to as Hexeline) treats your right to privacy as a priority. The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform you about how Hexeline protects your personal data, what information it collects and how it uses it. Please read the following rules.

2. You can visit the Hexeline website (hereinafter: Website) without having to disclose any personal data. The Website does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookies. Only information that you have voluntarily provided will be used for the purposes for which it was disclosed. Your data will not be transferred to third parties without your express consent and will be kept confidential. 

3. Hexeline, feeling responsible for the protection of your privacy, ensures the use of appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the processed data against unauthorised use or transfer to third parties, and constantly updates the measures used.

4. Hexeline collects, stores and uses personal data only within the legally established framework. The basis for the processing of personal data is your consent. The provision of any personal data is voluntary. You decide to what extent and whether you will provide your personal data at all. In order to use the newsletter, it is necessary to provide personal data in the form of an email address.

5. Hexeline is the controller of personal data provided to Hexeline. The personal data file has been submitted for registration to the Information Commissioner and is entered in the national register of personal data files under number 076318.

6. By subscribing to the Hexeline newsletter, you consent to Hexeline processing and using your personal data for promotional and marketing purposes and sending commercial information. The newsletter is sent only to persons who have expressed their willingness to receive it and have provided their personal data. The data will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR). The recipients of your personal data will be: Hexeline Ltd. sp. k., employees and associates of Hexeline Ltd. sp. k., as well as partners entrusted with activities related to the newsletter. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country/international organisation. The data will be stored for the duration of your use of the newsletter service.

7. You have the right to access your personal data, the right to request the correction, deletion or restriction of the processing of this data, and the right to transfer the data. You may withdraw your consent to the use of your data at any time. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the law.

8. Your personal data is used by Hexeline to send you commercial information. You may opt out of receiving such information at any time. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to receive the newsletter. If you do not provide your data, you will not be able to receive the newsletter.

One of the ways in which Hexeline processes personal data is through so-called profiling. This means that Hexeline can create preference profiles based on information about you and, based on these profiles, tailor the services and content you receive. Please note that during profiling, we process your data both automatically and with human intervention.

10. Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Website User's end device and are intended for use on the Website's pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, their storage time on the end device and a unique number.

11. The entity placing cookies on the Website User's end device and accessing them is the operator of the Website www.hexe.com.pl

12. Cookies are used for the following purposes:

- adapt the content of the Website's web pages to the User's preferences and optimise the use of the web pages; in particular, these files allow the Website User's device to be recognised and the web page to be displayed accordingly, adapted to their individual needs;

- create statistics that help understand how Website Users use the websites, which allows for improving their structure and content.

13. The Website uses two basic types of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User's end device until they log out, leave the website or close the software (web browser). Persistent cookies are stored on the User's end device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the User.

The Website uses the following types of cookies: a) "necessary" cookies, enabling the use of services available on the Website, e.g. authentication cookies used for services that require authentication on the Website; b) cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect fraud in the field of authentication within the Website; c) "performance" cookies, enabling the collection of information on how the Website's pages are used; d) "functional" cookies, enabling the "remembering" of settings selected by the User and personalisation of the User's interface, e.g. in terms of the selected language or region from which the User comes, font size, website appearance, etc.;

15. In many cases, software used for browsing websites (web browser) allows cookies to be stored on the User's end device by default. Website Users may change their cookie settings at any time. These settings can be changed in particular to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or to inform the User each time they are placed on the Website User's device. 16. The Website Operator informs that restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Website.

17. Cookies placed on the Website User's end device may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Website operator.

19. The content of Hexeline's privacy policy statement may be periodically amended to comply with new legal regulations or technical solutions.
